As founder and principal, James (Jim) C. Barlow, Jr. has achieved the following certifications: Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM) and Mailpiece Design Consultant (MDC) from the Mail Systems Management Association, and Executive Mail Center Manager (EMCM) and Mailpiece Design Professional (MDP) from the United States Postal Service. Mr. Barlow is an approved consultant for Xerox Global Services, the Mailing and Fulfillment Service Association and the Printing Industries of America (PIA).

Mr. Barlow is the Past-Industry Co-Chair and Education Chairman for the Greater Baltimore Postal Customer Council. He is also the Past-President and Past-VP of Education for the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA) Washington Metro Chapter, currently serving on the Executive Board. In addition, he is a member of the Washington Metro and Northern Virginia Postal Customer Councils.  Additional memberships include the Mailing and Fulfillment Service Association (now EPICOMM) serving on the Postal/Government Committee, Printing and Graphics Association Mid-Atlantic (PGAMA)/(PIA).

Representing MSM, Mr. Barlow is a regular speaker at the annual National Postal Forum and the annual East and West MailCom, in addition, occasional speaking engagement at annual MFSA Conferences and various Postal Customer Council education events and MSMA education events.
